Stopping calls and texts

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message you have received. To stop calls from a partner, tell the caller directly — they are required to honor it. To have us stop contacting you, write to the address above and include the telephone number and email address you used.

If you have already been matched with an insurance partner, asking us to stop does not automatically stop them. They hold your information under their own privacy policy and you may need to tell them separately. We will tell you who you were matched with if you ask.

Your information

To ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, or to opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising, write to the email address above and say which of those you want. Please use the email address or phone number you submitted, so we can find your record. See our privacy policy for what those rights cover.

What we cannot help with

We cannot quote, bind, change or cancel a policy — we are not an insurer or an agent.
We cannot help with a claim, a renewal or a billing dispute. Contact your insurer directly; the number is on your policy documents.
We cannot advise you on which coverage to buy. A licensed insurance professional in your state can.
